The EventsVR Community Standards outline the principles that help create a welcoming and respectful environment for all members. These standards apply to all users of the EventsVR platform, including event organizers and attendees.

1. Respect and Inclusivity

EventsVR is a global community that brings together people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Treat all members with respect and dignity in all interactions.

2. Harassment and Bullying

Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to threats, stalking, or unwanted attention, is strictly prohibited. If someone asks you to stop certain behavior, respect their boundaries immediately. Cyberbullying or any form of intimidation through our platform or associated social media will not be tolerated.

All content shared on EventsVR, including event listings, comments, and user profiles, must be appropriate for a general audience. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Explicit or adult material
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Illegal activities or substances
  • Misinformation or deceptive content

  • Location data beyond what is necessary for event participation

5. Event Listings and Descriptions

When creating events, ensure that all information is accurate and complete. Misleading or deceptive event listings are not permitted. Clearly state any requirements, restrictions, or expectations for attendees.
